CB, Agreed. But who calls the rule book strike zone either? Some will let you get away with it at the high school level others won't. You won't see many Major League Umps enforce that rule, just like the coaches in the box rule. Lot of flexibility given, and that is fine.
Jumping Jack, I may be mis-interpreting, but I though you were asking if you could have your heal against the side of the rubber and not in front and just off to the side as in CB's photo. If you have your heal on the side of the rubber you will probably not get away with it.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
