Need help with the following. Starting pitcher pitches the sixth inning trailing 5-4 and gives up no runs. Team comes back to regain the lead scoring 4 runs in the top of the seventh. New pitcher comes in and records a fly out and two strike outs to win the game. Is the starter the winning pitcher and the reliever credit a save or is the reliever the winner in this case?
