You're 6-2 155, I wouldn't worry about getting so big that you'll lose velocity. At that size I would say you most likely have skinny legs. I know you want to look good at the beach, but don't forget the legs are one of the most important parts of the body in baseball. You need them to run, throw, hit, etc. You can still lift upperbody and look good, but make sure you don't neglect the rest of your body.
