I have a friend who is currently a sophomore in high school. He is a RHP and is about 5'11" 170. I have just begun going to the gym with him, where I found he does a slightly different workout than what I believe would be appropriate for pitchers. Still, I am no expert (and he knows this), so he won't listen to me. What, in your opinion(s), would be considered the most ideal workout for him? All I know is that his maxed out bicep curls and bench press probably won't be good for him in the long run, aside from getting looks from the ladies.
