Very light throwing, stretching, running sprints, bands, core work, PFP.
Run them till they vomit, pitchers are soft anyway.

Once when the Astros was playing the Cubs and the game was halted for rain delay all the Houston players were huddled in the locker room playing cards, except ONE.
A "lone" figure was running with a rain jacket along the outfield fence. It was Nolan Ryan. This was his day for running and he did not want to upset his routine between starts.
