It's a difficult angle to see much detail.  For the most part, the mechanics look good to me.  However though, in your wind up you get in a good position on the back side, but it doesn't look like you're getting the "separation" you should (the angular difference between the alignment of your hips and the alignment of your shoulders) when you take your stride forward.  And from the camera angle, this looks to be because the way you're using your left leg when you bring it down into an almost slide step kind of motion as you go into your stride.  So, you might try keeping you right foot up longer and striding out a little quicker to your landing point. 

 

Get a hold of a good experienced pitching coach and see what he says.  And if possible, have more than one pitching coach critigue you and compare notes to see if they're seeing the same things.  If they're seeing the same things, then you'll know what to work on.
