It seems that my arm gets tired very quickly when I pitch more than one inning. I feel bad because my team kind of relies on me to pitch a sucessful game.
build your arm stgrenth and that will increase your stamina... also look up this training machine.. it's calleed Ron Wolfworth's tubing drills.. it's really helpful, i have gained a few mph on my fastball from these drills
If you are getting tired early, start building up stamina by running every day. There's no question whether it works. You might also want to look at your mechanics, you might be putting too much stress on your arm. Your legs should get "tired" before your arm.
THose are all good ideas, and don't forget the importance of icing your arm dail, even if it's not sore. It helps repair the muscles faster and relieves the soreness. I reccommend getting a big ice bucket to put your whole arm into as opposed to bags. It takes some guts but is helpful
