It is great that your son has begun throwing again after TJ surgery. Please rememeber to not rush things and follow the rehab program strictly. Players who follow the program have an 80-90% chance or returning to the mound and in most cases end up throwing with more velocity than before.
Good luck and I think it is great that you want to improve your sons mechanics as this should also be a big part of TJ rehab.
Baseba777 did you read this on a news site? Or do you actually know people that have gone through the rehab after surgery. I know 5 people that have gone through TJ, all from different doctors, all with different rehab people, and while all of us have returned to the mound, not a single person throws harder than prior to surgery. Pre-TJ I topped at 93, Post-TJ I topped at 89.
Most Major Leaguers probably end up throwing harder, but people that have TJ before Pro-ball are usually not as fortunate.
DPElite99 I wish your son luck as he apparently has already completed a lot of the work to get back to throwing, but a long, trying road still exists ahead of him.
