Ok, when I pitch full speed I seem to throw directly overhand at 12 o' clock and my head and shoulders slide over down to 10 o clock (looking from behind me to home, I'm right handed) Any way to fix this? Is this a bad mechanic? I'm told that it enables the batter to pick up the ball quicker. Does it give more up-down leverage?

That is almost exactly how I pitch. Are there any downsides to pitching like this?
