How is the 60' 6" measured? From the front of the rubber to the front of home plate - or the back of home plate? The indoor place where my son practices has a dot on the floor that is supposed to be 60' 6". I have been putting the front of the plate on the dot. Son was at a pitching lesson last night and said the distance seemed shorter. Made me think I might have to move the plate up so the distance is from the back (pointed side) of the plate.
Thanks
