What are some of the best drills for pitchers that are not very accurate and have not pitched much that can develop form, accuracy and confidence on the mound?

I would like to scrimmage more in practice and put batting dummies up when they pitch but I really need more pitchers throwing strikes.I want them to be in pitching situations in practice with pressure on them.

Also, what drill is best way to develop a a curveball?  A few can just throw fastballs.

Ok this is not a drill, but a good tool for being able to throw strikes This is a system that my son has worked with since he was 9. It is really good because it allows pitchers to learn to throw to a specific spot and visually see the results when it strikes the target. It also allows them to throw bullpens without a catcher. Son is now a high school sophomore and he is known for being able to hit his spots with all 3 pitches. I like him throwing to this better than to a catcher because catcher mitts move and frame, the Lokator target does not move!lol

Best way to develop a breaking ball is to teach a basic grip and have them throw it more often on flat ground. When they work back in after playing catch have them throw a few breaking ball/change from 60 feet in a stretch position. The more they throw it the more comfortable they will become. I know this sounds simple, but it allows them to get a feel for the pitch without being on the bump.

Does it catch the ball or bounce it back? Picture looks like a pitch back.

My son had a coach that took all the pitchers to the outfield foul territory.  He had a rope laid out on the ground  60 feet from the fence, no mounds, everything was done flat on the ground.  Coach had hoops zip-tied to the fence at "the strike zone".  (There is a pack of 12 sold on Amazon under the name "Speed and agility training Rings 18 inches", but the description calls it 16 inches and the pack is $14.49).

Pitchers all threw at the same time.  Five fast balls, five change ups, five slider/curve/pitchers choice.  The pitching coach and head coach observed/corrected. At the end of the 15 the HC asked all of them their numbers and the top three got to the "final round" where they squared off against each other for who was the most accurate that day.

It was one of my sons favorite drills.
