Any workouts or specific exercises for increasing endurance in a pitcher that does not include long toss? It won't get above 30 degrees here until probably April and even then you might run into some snow.

2019 sits comfortably 87-91 for the first four innings. Finishes games strong in both HS and high level travel schedule, but once he gets to 5th inning or 80 pitches those numbers drop off and he is very fortunate to have his control and off speed pitches. 

Mostly looking to maintain velo longer more than increasing it for now. I'm sure that will change when he gets to campus.

Increase core strength, increase leg strength, work with plyo balls & bands to strengthen rotater cuff, and do yoga to increase flexibility.
