Hey Everyone,

This question is going to be a little vague because I don't have the entire steps, nor the name to the program, so I apologize ahead of time.

I'll give you all the information I have and hopefully someone out there has heard of this.

I was talking to a College Coach recently about how he warms his Pitchers up and this is what I was told.

It was a 6 step process that I think he said took about 20 minutes to fully execute. He said it had been around for years and he's used it ever since he was a Coach, this dates back to 20+ years

1.) You start off 10 feet apart with both knees on the ground from either the Catcher or whoever you are throwing to.

2.) Then you move back to 20 feet with one knee on the ground.

(After this I get a lil'fuzzy)

Steps 3-5 He mentioned something about the 3 points of delivery, each step you add another point, then when you get to 60'6" you're good to go!

3.) Back up to 30 feet. Add the first point of the delivery

4.) Back up to 40 feet. Add the second point of the delivery

5.) Back up to 50 feet. Add the third point of the delivery

6.) Pitching Distance, start throwing your bullpen.

If anyone knows what this is, or where I can get more info on it, it'd be appreciated!

Even tho they are referred to as the first part of the delivery, 2nd part, it is MY GUESS, that first second and third are working backwards from release. First part may be arm high; wherever ur glove is before you start to bring your arm forward, thend 2nd may be at the balance position, and third may be the wind-up. Just a guess...
