Hello Coaches,
Can anyone help me by providing a word or excel format player evaluation form? I want to use it for tryout purposes. I'm not very good on the computer to design my own so hopefully one of you can help?

My advice is to keep it simple. You don't want to spend your or your assistant coaches time writing when you should be watching.
