I'm not sure if you posted this for feedback or just to get the player's name out or both? But I'll offer some feedback.
"Will outwork who you already have on your team"? "No off-field issues"?
Shouldn't this type of stuff be saved for when his high school and summer coaches are contacted? Wouldn't it mean more coming from them?
Aside from being a bit overproduced and that mind-numbing music track, is it really necessary to extend the length of a video like this by flashing text across the screen that is likely already in the bio that he'd send to coaches or can be posted on a berecruited or other profile web site? (i.e. SAT scores, pitch arsenal, etc.) "Understands what student-athlete means"? Don't you think coaches would figure this out from his SATs and GPA?
I only got through about half of this nearly-5-minute video, as it seemed a bit repetitive even. I would suggest you might trim some fat, ditch the music, and let the player's athleticism and mechanics be the star.
My 2 cents.
