Player Stats for Summer Team

My 16U nephew has been asked by his travel coach to put together his stats from the high school season in a short summary. The coach is compiling the summaries for all of the players to hand out at tournaments when asked about his players. My nephew is a lefty pitcher that is also an everyday player, so we have pitching, hitting and fielding stats. Does anyone have a sample of something like this? What data is important?

Season stats may be relevant or irrelevant based on the quality of competition. The most important stats for a pitcher being looked at by a college coach are velocity, gpa and SAT/ACT scores. The only season stats I would include are W-L, ERA and K/BB ratio.
