Red....I can confirm Bennett will be attending UCF....the kid has really hit the ball hard this spring when I've seen him..I heard will be competing with Stropp could get real tight if Buterra goes in the draft and who knows about Bono.....

I consider myself fairly unbiased so I will speak toward JT Wise. Whether you like his dad or not (by the way he is not coaching this season) JT is probably the best senior in Central Florida.
He flats out mashes with outstanding power. He has improved tremedously behind the plate and shows a solid arm for the next level. I believe he can catch in the pros.
Personally, I think he will get drafted in the top 5-8 rounds.
Also, remember that if he goes to LSU they have signed Robert Lara from Nova HS - one of the best defensive senior catchers in the country from the high school ranks. My guess is that JT moves to 1B at LSU.
Based on this I think there is a good chance he will sign if drafted in the top 10 rounds.

You guys need to get out and see this kid that plays for Dr Phillip High School. I hope I don't get this name wrong, Ohmed Danesh, hes just about the best outfielder I've seen in long time. And he can fit too.

dear fla baseball guy....how bout jt being one of the better players in central and leave it at that...I don't think you'll get a lot of scouts disagreeing with that....but,IMO he's not the best...there are several good players
Dear C Binkley ..Danesh will get his due ....Playing for team fla will get him plenty of ink and with grienke being at DP plenty of scouts will have him on a follow list for next year.....
JT was addressed in a post, so that is why I wrote about him. I also like Luke Grenke to go high in the draft - and not because of his name.

Stephan Davis..Brett Morris..Garrett Maines..some of the best hitters in the state and possible draft picks are located in Hillsborough County, Tampa. Just thought I would inform you guys and make ya'll aware of some of the best offensive and defensive players in the state. But don't get me wrong, Luke and JT are both phenominal players and I'm sure there are many more in Orlando, FL also.

what about Cj Woods. Nobobdy giving ny love to osceola county. What about Bo O'dell he went 11-0 this year as pitcher.Cj Woods hit .377 as a sophomore.
I think Polk County can be considered Central Florida. Andrew McCUtcheon from Ft. Meade is a profected first round draft pick and Jordan Schafer, pitcher from WInter Haven is quite a player also.
