Playing Amateur Ball while in College

D3 is different in the rules than D1...and some limited play "outside of the college" is allowed. HOWEVER...in any case.. the person to ask is the COMPLIANCE OFFICER in the Athletic Dept at your college.

First place to start is your coach....give him the courtesy to ask him what his plans are.......although your team may not have a fall schedule, they most probably have a fall schedule of their own....

My sons D3 team has fall practices, workouts and games (although intrasquad) every weekend.......all culminating in the "world series" a best 3 of 5 game series that has bragging rights.......


and to an underlying point.......The fall roster is always bigger than the spring roster......
