Iam 13 and still playing in my fall league. we finished the season and are in the season end tourny. I pitch innings 4,5,6 or I would come in for 3 and 4. My problem is when I take the mound after warm up I have good speed and good break on my change but its when I go back out after I kinda loose my release point then I'll walk the first batter and lets just say I struggle to get out of the inning,I have not given up any runs the last 2 games that has been cold. what do you guys do... I realy need to fix this I try out for HS B-team in jan and it will cold.

I tried blowing in my hands and i stretch before I go back out.

How do you guy deal with the cold??

Welcome to Alaska my friend! Big Grin
Under Armour has cold gear that is supreme. And long johns help alot too.
I'm 14 and I played fall ball too. As a pitcher I know what you mean so what I did was after I was done warming up I just kept throwing but just light throws until I was put in. Also in between innings I would spring along the fence to the foul pole and back then get some more light throws in to keep warm and sharp. And always of course where warm clothing and espcially a coat in between innings and warming up.
