6-5a fear the 5-5a. No offense intended, but I think 5-5a is the strongest 5a district in the area. Coppell wins their playoff but all other match-ups favor the 5-5a.
Watch out for Southlake Carroll!!!

11sdad,
No need to pitch one of your primier pitchers against us lowly little Cardinals!!
We look forward to the challenge that awaits us this weekend!

Sorry to disappoint but 6-5A held there own and when you look at the teams they play (district and non-district), they can play with anyone. Both teams remaining from 6-5A are not rich in experienced senior talent and both will be tough again next season as well. Just my humble opinion and no offense is intended.

NTXDAD,
The Grapevine versus Flower Mound series could have gone either way on any game, they were that close. Grapevine is also very young with 4 starting Sophomores and only 4 Seniors on the roster.
I would like to mention though that this series became tainted in the seventh inning of game 3 when Flower Mound (Congratulations) broke it open but the players felt like they needed to taunt and trash talk the Grapevine boys, and with the game well in hand, Coach Stinson continued to try and pull antics. It showed total unprofessionalism and lack of sportsmanship on behalf of a team who I used to admire for their success.I do not think that this type of behavior should be tolerated in HIgh School sports. I would hope that Coach Stinson and his staff apologize for their behavior. A much larger 5A aschool beat a small 5A school but the true winners were the Grapevine players who lost with class and dignity.quote:Originally posted by NTXDAD:quote:Originally posted by kirk:
