If 1st base is going to be your position, you will need to have some power to attract college attention. Your stats don't show many extra-base hits, and my guess is because your swing does not incorporate your lower half.
There is virtually no hip turn, which limits bat speed, especially with your slight build.

Otherwise, you seem to do pretty nice work with your hands.

Get with an instructor that can work with you on that. And hit the weight room and the dinner table hard!

It looks like you have good hand-eye on your field ing, but use your feet to get directly in front of the ground ball! On a couple of them, you fielded them off to the side. Ususally a ground ball hit to first is going to have topspin from a lefty or side spin from a righty. Either way, the ball tends to jump towards the line. Make sure you use your body to stay in front of it!

Can you play outfield? Wouldn't hurt to learn. If your 60 time is 7.68 (can't tell if that's what the 768.00 indicates), then you need to get under 7 to play right or left.

Congrats on your GPA! Keep that up and prepare well for ACT and/or SAT!

And be realistic about your college choice. Honestly, you probably don't have the physical tools to be a D-1 1B at this time. But, you can improve on your size and strength and who knows?

i would suggest that you bend your legs more when you hit. Also if could get more load with your hips and get your hands back towards the catcher you would generate more batspeed. There is definatly a lot of potential with your frame.

Very your sets and reps from week to week. For example one week you might do 3 sets of 10. then 5 sets of 5 or 4 sets of 6.
Looking at your swing, in my view, you aren't getting much extension into the ball. Think forearms and wrists powering the ball rather than biceps. Swing smooth through the ball rather than to contact. This promotes a better folowthrough.

The rap on you is foot speed. From the left side, you have to get to first base in 5 or less seconds. Work out with track sprinters to try to get that 60 time down.

Your throws look to be soft. From what I see in the video, you are gripping the ball too deep in your hand rather than just with your fingers. Work long toss with a fast ball type release.

Beter folowthrough, faster foot speed and more velocity on your throws and you'll be vastly improved.

I am from Kansas City, but I live in Springfield, Mo. now.
Along with what you mentioned to bhelton22,I would like to see him get initially stronger on his left foot,giving him quicker momentum toward his target and speed up his fore arm, with much more wrist action, Most players are not taught and do not fully realize that baseball movements are energetic and explosive and hopefully executed under good control.
He is a bit lazy with his hip action which does not help him get his bat started soon and quickly enough which does not allow him to display the actual amount of power that he actually has,I would like to see him learn how to properly execute torque action at the wrist flick just at the point of contact, I really feel that if he executed good hip action, bat speed and good torque action with the wrist fick to and through the point of contact that he would display more power by making good hard contact and therefore actually hitting with the natural power which he has.
I was a skinny kid at 150 lbs and I had a minor league season with a record breaking 24 home runs along with several other really good stats. which shows that a hitter does not have to big and strong, Just like a pitcher does not have to be big and strong to throw 90-100 miles an hour, Not carbon copying but, observing Tim Lincecum one can certainly learn about what controlled, energetic momentum is all about and how to successfully work It. Hitting all begins with the calm, controlled physical hip rotational preparedness,"Load Up"with a short 4 to 6inch step at the same time towards the pitcher,
"Stretch the rubber band" upper and lower half separation and the "Hip,""unload,""knob,""Hands"to the ball"Inside the ball"and barrel to the point of contact and torque it to and through the point of contact,Controlled, energized, momentum, Good hard straight away contact.

As far as your swing goes I would like to see some more rotational action in your hips you seem like a real handsy hitter.

I have a comment for your fielding though, looked pretty good, I like how you stay low to the ball but I would encourage you to move up on some of those balls right at you instead of waiting on it, if you get charge it even just half a step that'll make you just a little quicker.

I actually grew up in Springfield, live now in St Louis, but spend a lot of time at our house near Kimberling City.

Ever seen Freddie Couples up close? Really small guy, but hits the golf ball a ton!
Watch his hip and shoulder turn!
Similar principles to the baseball swing.

The back leg is the key to hip turn! Try opening up your right side a bit and driving off the back leg.
A good drill for this is to hit off of a tee with just a half-swing.(don't break the wrists) It will force you to turn your hips to square up to the ball.
