Posting question

Can anyone maybe tell me why I can't post a response to a topic but I can post here under New Topic? It brings up the post reply window, I can type in a response but it won't show the "post now" or :save as draft" box?????// Maybe just my computer?

Disregard, I think it was a computer issue. Working fine on a different computer.
