I recently purchased a powercore 360 to help use my core more to take some stress off my arm, are there any drills to do that will help me besides just regular throwing. (I am a catcher and I only have the hip trainer, not the whole complete package)

For most of their throwing drills you will need the upper half of the kit. I've been using their kit to do the Jaeger exercises which has worked out well.
