How do you incorporate game situations into practice?

How do you practice squeeze, delayed steal, fake bunt steal, etc.?  Moreso not drills but how to make it feel game like?  It can be a drill but how to make it feel like a game.

Under what certain times the throw has to be made to first base so not taking too long.  What is a good time a throw to first has to be under?

Have your outfielders be the runners, and make sure they actually run fast and don’t just go through the motions.

For high school, by time you field and throw should be under 4.5 seconds.

college under 4 secs.

Most college players are running a 4.2 out the box, and you don’t want it to be that close of a play. If any infielders are making the plays too close, move them up in the infield to cut down on time
