What is your typical practice routine?

 

1. SRT - Stretch Run Throw

2. Individual groups - outfield, infield, catchers

3. Team drills - Cutoffs

4. Infield 

5. Infield bunt coverages / 1st and 3rd / pickoffs

6. Hit live or 21 outs

7. Bullpens / Baserunning

Our typical outdoor practices goes something like this. 

10 min throw/ stretch

20 min half team shagging flyballs without a throw other half fielding routine gbs without a throw. rotate groups after 10 min.

30 min - take full infield without F1 or F2.

45 min hit on the field, during this time pitchers throw bullpens on side, and catchers work out on side as well.  others shag.

remaining time we will usually work on one thing,  sometimes its PFP,  very often its something wrt base running.

 

This isn't always what we do but its our general outline we work around.
