Everyone throws 4

We do a version of this in practice and we use two 1st basemen.  a short 1B with a screen and one on the bag.  The short one is taking throws from 2nd base.

Pre game we have those at second base taking the throw to work footwork and then send the ball back to the catcher of the coach that hit.  There are a couple of other teams in our area that saw what we did and started using it, but they both use an extra 1st baseman.  I think one team had the extra 1B on the line toward the outfield, and the other team had him toward home in foul territory.
