Red Sox 84-78 with no playoffs even with the new "NHL playoff model" where 6 MLB teams from each league make the playoffs.

As a result,  John Henry will be tarred and feathered after the 2022 World Series by an angry Boston mob disguised as Liverpool FC fans.  He will walk alone.

Based on these two projections I have the Yankees at 86-76 at a minimum......

Pirates will be lucky to go 400

Keep your eyes on those sneaky Canadians ("America's attic" as Kathleen Madigan calls it) up north.   Blue Jays are going to be good this year (win the AL East)  with their young pitching staff and high powered offense.  If the Yankees get 86 wins as you predict they'll get a WC.

farm system not bad though... caught a minor league game late last year (friend has season tickets) those guys were pretty good for what it's worth.

C’mon! Any team with PIvetta as their #2 is destined to go deep into the playoffs.

I love my Cardinals.  I rarely, if ever, miss a game.  However, DeWallet will not loosen the money belt and I believe that they will finish with 86 wins.  They will miss the playoffs.

Can I change my answer after only one game?  Cool.  I way over estimated Red Sox pitching in 2022.

I've got the Red Sox and Orioles duking it out for 70 wins.  The 20 additional Red Sox losses will move the Orioles up 20 games @ReluctantO'sFan.  It is going to be the battle for the basement.  Prepare for battle!

The Sox will hit their way to .500. But their pitching will likely keep them there.
