score update: Plano East 2, Rowlett 1 bottom of 4. Rowlett has runners at first and second with 1 out

I agree Beast; Rowlett should take the district. I will update later when I see all teams play.

Trot -- I hope you weren't addressing your post to me as I have only seen 3 teams -- one was in a scrimmage, one was playing their season opener, and the other was in their 2nd game. Based on my limited exposure to Rowlett, Rockwall, and NF <-- that is how I see them finishing. I think Rockwall may have the most pitching depth -- NF may have the best #1 -- the Eagles may have the best offense. I suppose I am trying to be somewhat diplomatic.

I have been told that Sasche will be very good and LC and SG battled each time out last year. All this to say that I don't know squat? That will come as news to very few here.

who is NF's #1?

Ed Sir -- I think Ty Herrick is their #1 and before I get slammed with posts, I understand your #1 is to-be-determined. I didn't mean to imply that this kid is better than your guys or Rockwall's guys. (I knew I shouldn't have typed it!)

I did not take your comment as a slam, Just being part of 10-5A for the past several years, and knowing that NF lost all their pitching from last year, I did not know who their #1 was. I was just curious.

Sorry we got off the topic of Poteet baseball and Mckinny baseball, seeing that is mainly the post you care about. Some of us would like to hear about other districts. But I'm glad to see that you are entertaining yourselves.

I wish more would pipe in on 10-5A, I'm sick of hearing about McKinney and Poteet ---- and I'm bored with 5-5A news.

I thought the topic of this thread was 10-5A? Maybe a few posters got lost

Wow, it's a slow day ED, sorry if I illegally posted on your thread.

hmmmm, I guess I'll take Rowlett and give the points. But then again I think Rowlett lost all there players. Pitchers, catchers and a majority of the infield. Probably only a couple of players that can play and carry the entire team. At least thats what I heard several months ago.

Oh and they only faced PE's #6 & #7 so I may just be wearing rose collored glasses. But I heard that on last year too.

Maybe they do reload every year?

JAFO -- it must be that time of the month -- when you feel the urge to come stir things up a bit. I openly admitted that Rowlett was better than Plano East. I'm sure they would have crushed the entire Panther pitching staff. Were you there yesterday? And how's JAFOjr doing?

Stirring the pot? or.......Just rehashing what has already been stated as fact?

I just hope poor Rowlett can get through the season with a complete roster of nine players. You know how short on talent they are.
