predictions on who will win the world series this year

im going to argee with u... the soxs have a good starting roation compared to most teams in the leauge but compared the division rivial yankees there roation is fairly weak... not only do the yankees have the talent u named but they added 2 great pitchers when they added RJ and Pavno... excellent moves that i think will ultimtly geat them a world series ring

you are not a red sox fan if you think the yankees are going to win the world series. period.

and the sox have a better lineup and will beat them in a 7 game series.

i used to be a diamond-back fan, but they haven't been doing very good the past years.... so i am growing to llike the red soxs

o well at least u got a world series ive been a braves and a brewers fan ever sice i started to love baseball no world series rings yet

padras??? beating the cardinals, astors, cubbies, or another force in the NL i dont like so... i like the padras but and they r a very talented team but i dont think they have wat it takes...

I think they'll win the division, and maybe surprise some people along the way. I'm not a Padres fan, so I don't claim to know tons about them, but the NL East isn't as collectively good as it was once, and the NL Central is too good, it'll beat each other up all year, so it'll take a toll on all of them. Padres will take the division with ease, and be ready for the playoffs.

Cardinals might be a candidate but my gut just says go with the padres

The yankees have always been stacked...they were pretty much the same team last year...just with some new guys on teh mound thats all...Plus! look who the red sox got. RENTERIA (im a cardinals fan) Red sox are stacked plus the yankees were off to a 4-8 start...gettn paid way to much to lose that many and win half

How about those dodgers (not a fan) but they are off to a 10-2 start, pitching and hitting are excellent as of late
