What music did you or your kids listen to before playing?
I’ve never asked my kids this question. So, I’ll have to go with the music I listened to before games.
Getting dressed I listened to Gimme Shelter, Midnight Rambler and Sympathy for the Devil by the Stones. In summer ball I listened to Crazy On You by Heart driving to the park.

My son listens to a positive affirmation guided meditation before he pitches.

No idea what my son listened to before pitching in college if he listened to anything at all. I know in high school he taught himself how to play guitar, and listened to a lot of White Stripes, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Eric Clapton, and Jimi Hendrix before games and in his car.
I've always been a huge Led Zeppelin fan. I had Physical Graffiti on two cassette tapes that I'd listen to on my Sony Walkman before my college sport. That was my go to. Somehow, Zeppelin and the Blues clears my mind.
PS...My personal cell ringtone is "When the Levee Breaks" just as the harmonica kicks with those pounding drums in the beginning of the song.
When I played, I didn't know that this was a thing. I got to the diamond early, ran, and got ready for the game. We didn't play music. My one and only focus was on winning.
