Does anyone have recommendations for prescription eyewear? Son plays 3B and because of his astigmatism contacts are just difficult for him (dust and debris are also problematic). I have found old threads that discuss interchangeable lenses for fielding (sunglasses) and batting (clear). Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
Highly recommend SportRX - based in California (Note: I have no connection to them other than we have ordered lenses from them). My son, a pitcher, needed glasses so we took his existing Oakley Flak Jacket XLJ frames (from his sunglasses), and ordered clear prescription lenses from SportRX. Bambi (yes, Bambi) was very helpful during the order process, lenses arrived quickly, fit perfectly into the frames, and have worked out very well for him. They have multiple tint options as well.
