My name is Nick Esposito, and I offer private hitting an pitching lessons at Power Series LLC in Wilton NH. This is for all ages. Prices start at $25 per half hour.
I am from Hollis NH and played college baseball and then signed with a Indy team in the Frontier League before coming back to NH.
I study the art of pitching on a daily basis and have a proven protocol of training which gets results. The drills are maximized due to the fact you know when you are doing them wrong immediately, as there is only one way to do them right. I do not believe in changing each and every person to the same style of pitching, but there is a common point in a pitcher's mechanics in which they get to. As for hitting, my philosophy is the same as Coach Bob Caswell who owns Power Series. The philosophy is more along the lines of "Why reinvent the wheel?" approach. I do not believe in the squish the bug type of hitting and chopping down at the ball. The squishing the bug rarely happens at the point of making contact with the ball and happens on the recoil of the swing. I have studied many videos and analyzed pictures of MLB players as well as youth players who have this approach versus the squish the bug approach.
I also offer strength and conditioning programs which are customized and are baseball specific.
