PRO-DAY State baseball showcases

Does anyone have any experience with PRO-DAY and their state showcases, i.e Texas? Are they just run by PRO-DAY staff and they give an evaluation, or do college/pro scouts attend. How reputable is their evaluation of a player?

They are run by PRO-DAY staff. At the end of the day they give each player an evaluation how they graded. I did not see any college/pro scouts in attendance.
