Zach Duke, Paul Maholm and Jason Bay are going to be big pieces of the future Pirates.
If Oliver Perez comes back and pitches well then the Pirates are looking to become a very good team.
However, the ownership will actually have to spend some money. Which is what they said they'd do when PNC Park opened, 4 years ago.
