My 07 son was also invited to this tryout, except I think that the cost was closer to $95. He has never been to a BBFactory or TeamOne event.

I would love to hear opinions as well. We cannot afford the $400 showcases, so this is appealling.

As a '07 the tryout is really not going to be productive unless schools are going to be there which since it is a tryout, the level of play may be rather low.

You would be better off going to fall school camps if you have interest from a specific school, but going to a school camp without knowing if they are interested may not be worth it as many are just money making ventures for schools for their underpaid coaching staff.
