Excellent school academically, solid program that contends consistently in the Big Ten (not quite in the same league as MN or OSU, but always performs solidly), nice facilites. My son liked the pitching coach.
Baseball America picked them #2 in the Big 10, and thinks they will get an invite to the WS playoffs.

Their incoming 2007 recruiting class lists 10 signees two of which are pre-season HS all americans. This program is on the rise. Great school and very good coaches.
A number of our summer teammates from Indiana Bulls signed NLI’s to attend Purdue this fall. Purdue is a very good academic school. My son liked Coach Smith and Schreiber. Academic money is very tough to come by.
Field had a great playing surface. Ballpark has no lights and aluminum bleacher seating. Cold climate February and March but uniform start date will help.
My son chose to go south to play. Other wise was high on his lists.
