My son is a junior infielder(3rd baseman with gap to gap power) on a perenial large school power which at times has been nationally ranked. Because the program reloads every year, starting between 7 and 9 seniors, his playing time has been severely limited. He has been to several one day college showcases and the coaches who think he has potential all say have a great junior year and let me know what your stats are. Since he's had very few at bats his stats are virtually useless. If he had been at most other schools in our state he would have been starting already. How do we make up for lost time this summer in light of this situation?

It appears that you may be in a similar boat as many of us. In my case my son pitches on a woeful team, 2 - 8, with a team batting average of .175. We also have a number of errors and most in the most critical parts of an inning. At one point this season he had the lowest ERA and highest runs allowed. My son is waiting for summer ball.
