Question about undershirt colors.

Was there a white or grey seam? I have seen this style of shirt with that, making it illegal. He cannot have any white or grey below the elbow. If it does have the seam that is causing the problem, simple fix, get a black magic marker and color it to match the rest of the shirt.

The only other issue I could see is that the undershirt color of all teammates should match. If he was the oddball, this could of been why as well.

Has to match the team, only thing I could think of.

There was no white or light grey in the Under Armour shirt it was solid black. Do the long sleeves on a undershirt have to match the jersey color unless its white. The Team colors are Maroon, light grey and white. The outline of the small Cougar logo on the back of the Maroon jersey is black and maroon . Now the outline of the small Cougar logo on the back of the white jersey is white and maroon. We have 2 night games next week and dont want that to happen again. Thx.

I would have the manager or AD call the assigner and ask him what is going on. Is it illegal or OK.

I thought this was interesting tonight.. no problem with the umpire making him change. I just thought it was a little strange that an issued shirt in MLB would not meet standards.. It's a Nike undershirt that he was wearing..
