Just a quick recap before the question.Today I was stuck in our game in the 3rd inning to catch.Theres a play at the plate, pants get a pretty big rip on them on the left thigh,Im a little bruised but A ok.Yes I held on to the ball, and blocked the plate well!

What is the best way to prevent pants ripping?Ive heard sliders but they didnt work today.

thanks in advance gents

FC27,
Dick Butkus was never concerned about the shine on his helmet---- Dale Earnhardt never asked how to avid scratching the paint on his race car --- Craig Biggio never worries about dirt stains on his uniform ------ Curt Shilling doesn’t worry about blood on his sock and in my opinion you need to hand those pants to whoever sews them up and keep on blocking that plate! good

sew em up and wear them with pride......

When I was in HS, after the game, we had to leave our uniforms at school to be washed. There were 2 piles.....one who needed washing and the other was for those that didnt......the most embarassing thing was to go to the middle of the locker room and deposit your uniform in the "do not wash" pile......

If your uniform was dirty or torn, you were a player....if it was clean you werent....
