question/ batter interference

What is the rule on catcher throw to second, what is batter's responsibility not to interfere, must he move out of the way? thanks ion advance

I am not an umpire but the batter has the right to be in the batter's box, not across the plate. As long as heholds his ground, he is fine. He does not have an obligation to get out of the way, only to not get in the way.
