Question concerning contact letters

If there is no specific address for the baseball department send them to the address of the college/university attention of the baseball coach

Incidently if you dig deep into the school website you can usually find the coaches mailing address--it may take time a few pots of coffee but it is usually there somewhere

rmode - If he has letters from those coaches, look at the letterhead for a contact address. If not, then look online to see if the baseball office has a specific address. If not, then you could address it to his attention at the college address. HSBBW has addresses and links - I think it's always best to check the website though in case there are any changes.

I think in nearly every case, we were able to find the specific address by digging around the baseball website.

If you need some specific addresses, Try the baseball almanac, a publication from Baseball America. It has contact info for almost every level of college and pro baseball.

I have the publication, so if you need any specific addresses I would be willing to supply any that you need.......

Here's a link to the baseball websites and email addressed on the HSBBW. There have been some coaching changes so be sure to check the name of the coach.

Thanks for all the replies everyone. We're almost there but some of the contact info we have found was only in the form of an email, and we feel a hand delivered letter is the way to go.
