I feel this post was uncalled for, especially after I explained the whole situation to you and sent you a $100 Product (Set of 6 DVD's) as my way of saying I'm sorry. Yes this was because a product was late in arriving, but late by my standards, not overall business practices. And the original product you purchased was $47 so I sent you a product for FREE that was twice amount of the original purchase. Get that type of customer service from someone else.

I don't think you are aware of what a post like this can do to someone's business.

I didn't see your original post, but I know you are a player, not a parent, and I want to thank you for having the maturity to come back and revise your post on your own when you realized how hard Jon had worked to correct things when he learned of the late shipment. That was the right thing to do.

I also just wanted to mention as owner of this site what a positive impression I have gotten during the past year of Jon's honesty, integrity, and willingness to help. Not only does he give helpful advice for free here in the forums, but I often find out about him unselfishly helping others outside of what you read here. It does not surprise me one bit that as soon as Jon learned there was a shipping problem, he not only took care of getting the original product there, but added another item for free worth twice the price! I've also had the chance to review some of Jon's information products (CDs and booklets) and the quality of the information is excellent.

Thanks Jon, and thank you also to Hoovedawg for choosing to do the fair thing.
