I been around just as long and still make throws to 2nd wtih my catchers. A catcher with a plus type arm can make the throw to second and sniper a pitcher if the pitcher is on the mound after the pitch and not paying attention. If the pitcher hears "going" or sees the catcher preparing to throw he better 1) watch the ball, 2) bail out of the way 3)prepare to get hit if he stands up straight

Now, I know you said the pitchers were bent over, bu they shouild still be watching.......or maybe they threw too many balls in the dirt and the catcher was teacing them a lesson...either way, move or get hit

I will blame the catcher. The throws would not even begin to traject to second base.

You've never seen it in that long? I've seen it A LOT!

Not sure if you keep up with college baseball or not, but one of the top picks in this years draft (Florida' Mike Zunino) hit his pitcher in the head.

Looks to me like how to make a bad play worse. Unreal.

#1 going to have a hard time find a spot doing that again.
I just don't see how that projects, knock out pitcher with throw sometimes...

and I blame the catcher making a bad decision, should have ate it., only thing he could have done was make it worse and he did. What an arm.

Found a MLB one...
