I know we're heading into a quiet period for D1 recruiting, but what rules apply to D2? I can't find anything on the internet.

Specifically, my kid is going to be playing some games on the field of a D1 school during the quiet period, and while I believe that D1 coaches cannot attend a game on the campus of another D1 school during the quiet period, it seems that that is not the case for D2 schools. And he would like to invite a local D2 to watch him. Can anyone confirm the way it works with D2s?
