Just had to post this: My son just finished catching a 21 inning game in Alaska, one night after catching a 12 inning game.
(The other catcher is in the CWS so hasn't joined the team yet.)

Jeff had an outstanding night, I believe he also went 3 for 6 as well (including a triple) plus he walked 3 times, seems like he was on base every inning. 
BTW, you don't see many collegiate games where they use 40 players (including 15 pitchers) between the 2 teams in one night!

A wonderful family friend and one of our son's very best friends will be in Alaska after the CWS. I believe something like 5 players from his team (FSU) will be in Alaska. How do you keep up with yhr kids in summer leagues? Would love to follow thrir progress. Congrats to your son!)
A lot of late night listening on the (internet) radio.
Mine is playing in the Coastal Plain league. Every game for every team is on the internet for free. It is a great thing. I listen to all of their games because right now he is a closer so you never know.

Rob that is amazing. I am sure Jeff is having a great time in Alaska. One of my Jeff's team mates played in the Alaska league last summer and he really enjoyed the experience. Congrats on the great game by Jeff.
