I like that and agree with it to an extent. I would say about 70% of the kids in sports should fit into that. However, there will always be people who will be self-employed who won't fit into that mold. Or some people who are creative sorts.... artists for lack of a better word, who march to their own drum, or the engineer types (again for lack of a better word) who work on their own without guidance or instruction and are better left alone without direct instruction.
But, yeah, at some point, everyone has to be humble, and suck it up and deal with it, regardless of their personality type or how much more they think they know than the person in charge.
