Can you imagine what things are gonna look like in August! It looks like August right now around the Rockwall area. It's gonna be scary if we don't get some rain soon.

Hide all the rain turtles for the rest of the summer.

All the rain turtles have died from dehydration.

Woke up this morning to cloudy blackish skies.

If you coach, go get a couple of bags of chalk and leave them exposed in the bed of your pick-up. Others go get a car wash. Leave the dogfood sack open on the back porch...Last but not least, plan a picnic or a round of golf.

Okay,, I finally washed my truck on Wednesday; No RAIN; So, I will try this.

know what else to try. Oh, maybe I should pull the boat out and plan a camping (with a tent;
Not old enough to have mobile home) and fishing trip.

My baby daughter's 7th birthday party is planned for tomorrow night, outside.....where the girls can "camp out" in the back yard.

All others ~ Rockwall scheduled an alumni game tonight at 7 pm. That usually does it. Might snow as well with that announcement.

Still giggling about the Sac with the daughters birthday camp out. WOW That's harsh, but someone has to step up.

But you cannot blame us for SanAntonio, we danced for the local area ... Sorry you had to sit.

Seats were not cheap or dry and several of the games were "rain delayed" but we still got in 6 games by Sunday afternoon .... life is still good!

CS, any word on results in the championship bracket?

Texan - no word on the championship bracket, we went 1-1-1 in pool play to land in the consolation bracket (could have, should have been 3-0 but lost the lead in the last inning in two games...that's baseball!) The two teams in the consolation final were the Extreme Sox and one of the San Antonio Sliders teams. We lost 9-11 in the consolation semi-finals to the Extreme Sox, the same team we tied in pool play.

Sounds like y'all had a good run. Congrats.

Got plenty of rain in Austin this weekend. Washed out all of the Saturday & Sunday games.
