No doubt a huge advantage for the Rangers who probably don't even know who the Giant's pitchers are. To quote Kinsler, "I know their starter Wednesday is good...some dude with long hair". And, given his time with the Phillies, I have to believe Lee has a pretty good idea how to pitch the Giants hitters too.

If you played on the losing side in the World Series would you accept the ring? I would take the partial World Series share for helping them get there. But not a ring is I was on the losing side.

One of the guys the Rangers gave up in the Molina trade is on the Giants roster too. So...1 guy on each roster is in that boat.

That is an interesting point. You could argue, IF Lincecum is the Series MVP, then no one played a more important role in his development than Bengie.
