Makes no sense that Rita and NCHS are both ranked higher than Joliet Catholic. JCA has a better record and defeated both teams. Oh well, it only matters where you finish

I think DevilMan must do the Hinsdale website - they claim to be ranked 5th in the state because of the Tribune poll. Somebody might want to let them know it is a Chicagoland poll because if they think that it is completely disrespectful of all the good teams around the state.

Fenwick is ranked 10th??

WSC is a frightening conference. Three teams in the top ten, discluding very talented Glenbard West. It's going to be a battle for the conference championship, that's for sure.

Suburban Fan, THANKS! There are more teams than just in the Chicago area. I can think of two or three teams in my neck of the woods that should warrent consideration in the top ten in the state. Af for my Knights, we can't even get top 10 in the BELLEVILLE AREA. However, we did find 9 guys this year to play. YIPEE, WE'RE PLAYING BASEBALL.

I am positive that someone from __ must work in the prep section at the Sun Times - or they don't watch a lot of baseball.

I have no input on the Sun-Times baseball rankings. Just to clear that up.

cath...The Sun Times is the best.

Daily Herald is the best for Prep SPort's, but the Sun-Times do an ok job, and have some good writer's like Seth Schwartz and Sean Duncan, covering hs. baseball and they do a great job. As for the ranking's they look good to me. Hinsdale play a good team first and then complain about the rankin's.TRIB forget it they stink!
