LSU coach knew he was a superb player the first time he saw Rhymes, just couldn't use him at that time. Was able to pick him up later knowing his goal wasn't just to play baseball but to be an LSU Tiger. LSU got a bargin in Rhymes. I bet that kid could have played anywhere.
